This 34-unit apartment complex in Normal Heights was recently acquired by Townspeople, a San Diego Community Affordable Housing Developer devoted to providing housing and supportive services for low-income people living with HIV/AIDS and other special needs.

rAd Architects worked with Townspeople to rehab the four-building complex to provide a new community accommodating both individuals and families with children. On-site management and supportive services, including a resident food pantry, are planned.
