34th Street Apartments

This 34-unit apartment complex in Normal Heights was recently acquired by Townspeople, a San Diego Community Affordable Housing Developer devoted to providing housing and supportive services for low-income people living with HIV/AIDS and other special needs.

rAd Architects worked with Townspeople to rehab the four-building complex to provide a new community accommodating both individuals and families with children. On-site management and supportive services, including a resident food pantry, are planned.

“Caryn Bailey has worked with Townspeople on our 51st Street Project and most recently on our 34th Street Project. As the architect on both projects Caryn has provided superior results that my Board of Directors and I have no hesitation to highly recommend Caryn Bailey to any one interested in high quality work.”
